Under 35 Membership to L.O.A. Social Club has a one-time Initiation Fee of $1250, and Annual Dues of $1250.

Annual Dues can be paid monthly ($112.50/mo), quarterly ($325/qtr), or save and pay annually ($1250/yr).

Please fill out this short application. You will need to upload a photo of your Driver's License and a head shot in order to submit.
