Membership to L.O.A. Members-only Social Club has a one-time Initiation Fee of $2500 and Annual Dues of $2500, which has options to be paid all at once, quarterly($650/$2600), or monthly($225/$2700). Please fill out this short application to be placed on our waitlist. Upon acceptance the card you placed on file will be charged at that time.
