Individual Membership to L.O.A. Social Club has a one-time Initiation Fee of $2500 and Annual Dues of $2500.

Annual Dues can be paid monthly ($225/mo), quarterly (650/qtr), or save and pay annually ($2500/yr).

Please fill out this short application. You will need to upload a photo of your Driver's License and a head shot in order to submit.
