A Couples’ Membership to L.O.A. Members-only Social Club has a one-time Initiation Fee of $4500 and Annual Dues of $5000, which has options to be paid all at once, quarterly($1300/$5200yr), or monthly($450/$5400). Please fill out this short application to be placed on our waitlist. Upon acceptance, the card you placed on file will be charged at that time.
